I had a delightful stay at this hotel. The rooms were cozy and equipped with a small window to the patio, a jacuzzi, and a private garden for our dogs, making our stay very comfortable. The service, especially from the younger receptionist, was exceptional, always ensuring our needs were met. The location was peaceful, right next to the Arno river, allowing for a serene experience.
